Abstract

U razdjelnim (distribucijskim) elektroenergetskim mrežama problem određivanja veličine, broja i lokacije kondenzatorskih baterija bitan je sa stanovišta minimiziranja gubitaka djelatne snage i energije. U radu je dan opis glavnih značajki kondenzatorskih baterija i mogućnosti korištenja najnovijih saznanja i algoritama koji se mogu koristiti u rješavanju problema optimalnog smještaja kondenzatorskih baterija. Također je razvijen i programski paket koji koristi algoritam stohastičke relaksacije. Ovaj alat je testiran na razdjelnoj mreži Grada Novalje.

Abstract (english)

Planning of size, number and location of capacitors within distribution electric power networks is important from the point of view of minimizing losses of active power and energy. This work describes the main characteristics of capacitors and possibility of use of the newest knowledge and algorithms that can be used in solving problem of optimum battery location problem. Additionally, a program tool, using algorithm of simulated annealing, was developed. This tool was tested on distribution network of Novalja town.
