Abstract

Tema ovog rada je kompresorska jedinica koja se koristi za produljenje životnog vijeka plinske bušotine. Kontinuiranim crpljenjem fluida u ležištu bušotine pada tlak i nakon određenog vremena tlak u ležištu je nedovoljan za svladavanje otpora protjecanju fluida. Tada prirodni protok iz bušotine prestaje i, kada se radi o plinovima, potrebno je nastaviti crpljenje ugradnjom kompresora.
U ovom radu opisan je princip rada kompresorskog postrojenja te procesni zahtjevi za automatsko upravljanje i zaštitu kompresora. Na primjeru odabrane plinske bušotine opisane su faze projektiranja paket jedinice pri čemu je odabran kompresor i elektromotor, popratne pumpe i hladnjak čije se karakteristike određuju na osnovu tehnoloških uvjeta same bušotine. Određena je prisutnost eksplozivne zone, te je opisana izrada P&ID, C&E, loop dijagrama, shema spajanja, konfiguracija upravljačkog sustava.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is the wellhead compression unit used to extend the life of the gas well. Continuous fluid drainage in the wellbore drops the pressure, and after a certain time, the pressure in the reservoir is insufficient to overcome fluid flow resistance. As a consequence, the natural flow from the borehole is stopped, and it is necessary to install the wellhead compressor to extend the service life of a well. This thesis describes the principle of wellhead compression unit operation and process requirements for automatic control and compressor protection. On the example of the selected gas well, the design stages of the unit package are described, and a compressor, an electric motor, pumps and a cooler, whose characteristics are determined based on the technological conditions of the borehole itself, are selected. The presence of the explosive zone was determined, and P&ID, C&E, loop diagrams, connection schemes, control system configuration are described.
