Abstract

U radu je prikazana kratka povijest piva te je objašnjen proces proizvodnje piva. Analiziran je ISA-88 standard o upravljanju šaržnim procesima kojeg zadovoljava softver korišten pri realizaciji projekta. Korištenjem standardiziranog procesnog upravljačkog sustava automatiziran je rad fermentora i linije sladovine u fazama proizvodnje i čišćenja u sklopu procesa proizvodnje piva. Objašnjeno je korištenje standardiziranih MS Excel tablica koje pojednostavljuju programiranje PLC-a. Analizirano je programsko rješenje realizirano korištenjem programskog okruženja SIMATIC Step7. Kreirani su recepti proizvodnje i čišćenja fermentora i linije sladovine. Funkcionalnost fermentora i linije sladovine testirana je korištenjem SCADA sustava napravljenog za projekt ove pivovare.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, a brief history of beer is presented. The brewing process is explained. The ISA-88 standard for batch process management was analyzed. The used software meets the ISA-88 standard. By using the standardized process control system, the fermenters and the wort line have been automated in production and cleaning stages as part of the beer production process. The usage of standardized MS Excel tables, which simplifies PLC programming, is explained. The program solution, that was made by using the SIMATIC Step7 programming environment, was analyzed. Production and cleaning recipes of fermenters and wort line were created. The functionality of the fermenters and the wort line was tested by using SCADA, which was made for the project of this brewery.
