Abstract

U okviru ovog rada, implementirali smo model dubokog učenja za kalsifikaciju očitanja u obliku jedno dimenzionalnog signala, koji se temelji na konvolucijskoj neuronskoj mreži. Provjerili smo performanse modela na setu podataka koji sadrži 5403 očitanja, gdje su sve klase jednako zastupljene. Zbog tehničkih ograničenja rezultati implementiranog modela nisu bili kao što su očekivani, no model je pokazao vrlo dobre rezultate sa točnosti klasifikacije od 62%. Postoji prostor za poboljšanje modela od kojih je najbitnijis – povećanje složenosti neuronske mreže. Izvorni kod dostupan je na : https://github.com/Malza2805/ZavrsniRad

Abstract (english)

In this paper, we implemented deep learning model for detecting the class label of generated read based on convolutional neural network. We evaluated the performance of a model on a dataset that contains 5403 reads, with equal distribution amongst classes. Because of technical limitations the results of model performance isn't as expected, but model has shown very good results with accuracy of 62%. There are a few places to improve a model, with the most important one – increase of model complexity. The source code is available at : https://github.com/Malza2805/ZavrsniRad
