Abstract

Prijenos električne energije od proizvodnih jedinica do potrošača nezamisliv je bez prijenosnog i distribucijskog sustava. Prijenosni visokonaponski sustav karakterizira visoki napon i veliki tokovi snaga, a sekundarnu distribuciju niski naponi, više od pet odvoda iz transformatorske stanice i prostorno razgranata mreža, koja dopire do svakog potrošača. Za razliku od prijenosnog sustava, koji osigurava stabilnost, distribucijski sustav osigurava zadovoljavajuću kvalitetu električne energije i pouzdano napajanje. Sustavi vođenja, iziskuju konstantno održavanje i nadograđivanje, što iziskuje financijska ulaganja. Veliki broj odvoda iz transformatorske stanice na sekundarnoj distribuciji, prostorno razgranata mreža, priključak potrošača nižeg intenziteta na mrežu u sekundarnoj distribucija (kućanstva) značio bi i značajna financijska ulaganja u potencijalne sustave nadzora distribucijske mreže. Upravo su to razlozi zašto je niskonaponska strana sekundarne distribucije nenadzirana. Bez mjerenja u sekundarnoj distribuciji, koja povezuje primarnu distribuciju i potrošače teško je pronaći kvarove, ilegalne priključke i preventivno djelovati da se spriječe kvarovi na tim dijelovima mreže. Na distribucijsku mrežu priključuju se distribuirani proizvođači električne energije i solarne elektrane. Daljnji razvoj sustava prema mikromrežama, uz povećanje broja proizvođača električne energije i skladišta električne energije, neće biti moguć bez sustava za mjerenje naponskih prilika i tokova snaga u distribucijskim stanicama.
IIoT (eng. Industrial Internet of Things) uređaji su cjenovno prihvatljivi, lako se povezuju s oblakom, modularni su te se sustav vrlo jednostavno može nadograditi za dodatna mjerenja, pa se tako osim standardnog mjerenja napona i struja, može pratiti temperatura, vlaga, stanja prekidača, osigurača i ostale neelektrične veličine. Prikupljeni podaci se preko IIoT rubnog uređaja spremaju u SQL (eng. Structured Query Language) bazu podataka u Cloudu.
Stoga je u radu napravljen teorijski uvod i opisan realizirani prototip jednostavnog sustava temeljenog na IIoT-u i računarstvu u oblaku, te su prikazani rezultati mjerenja. Daljnji razvoj opisanog sustava olakšao bi održavanje i vođenje distribucijske mreže.

Abstract (english)

Transmission of electricity from production units to consumers is inconceivable without the transmission and distribution system. The high voltage transmission system is characterized by high voltage and high-power flow, while the medium voltage secondary distribution is characterized with more than five feeders from the station and spatially branched network, that reaches to each consumer. Unlike the transmission system, which ensures stability, the distribution system ensures a satisfactory quality of electrical energy and reliable power supply. Management systems require constant maintenance and upgrading, which requires financial investments. A large number of feeders from secondary distribution stations, spatially branched networks, connection to the low priority consumer in the secondary distribution (households) would also mean significant financial investments in the monitoring system. That is precisely why the low voltage side in distribution system is not monitored. Without a secondary distribution monitoring system, that connects the primary distribution and consumers, it is difficult to find failures, illegal connections, and implement preventive maintenance in those parts of the network. Distributed power sources like solar power plants are connected to the distribution network. Further development of the system towards the micro grids, with an increased number of distributed power sources and electricity storage, will not be possible without a system for measuring voltage and power flows in the distribution station.
IIoT devices are price acceptable, easy to connect with Cloud service, modular, and this system can be easily upgraded for additional measurements so that it can monitor temperature, humidity, switch states and fuses and other non-electric quantities. The data collected through the IIoT edge device is stored in the SQL database in Cloud.
Therefore, a theoretical introduction and a description of the realized prototype of a simple system based on IIoT and Cloud computing and the results of the measurements are presented in this paper. Further development of the system described in this paper will facilitate the maintenance and management of the distribution network.
