Abstract

Regulacija temperature plinske peći za zagrijavanje čeličnih elemenata ostvarena je programabilnim logičkim kontrolerom Siemens SIMATIC S7 300. Obrađena je teorija prijenosa topline, teorija gorenja i stehiometrijski odnosi goriva i zraka za učinkovito izgaranje. U programskom alatu Simulink izrađen je matematički model sustava jedne peći za zagrijavanje i izvedena sinteza regulatora u svrhu regulacije temperature i protoka goriva/zraka. Kaskadna regulacijska struktura korištena u plinskim pećima implementirana je u logički kontroler. Analogni moduli PLC-a spojeni su na elektronički sklop koji simulira prijenos topline i protok plina te je tako testiran rad programa. Odzivi su spremljeni u podatkovne blokove PLC-a i iscrtani pomoću programskog alata MATLAB. Vizualizacijsko sučelje za nadzor temperature, protoka te omjera goriva i zraka izrađeno je u alatu Siemens WinCC Flexible. Vizualizacijsko sučelje pokreće se s osobnog računala te je pomoću njega omogućeno zadavanje referentnih vrijednosti, nadzor procesnih veličina, praćenje trendova i podešavanje parametara regulatora.

Abstract (english)

Temperature control of the gas fired furnace for heating of the steel elements was achieved with programmable logic controller Siemens SIMATIC S7 300. The theory of heat transfer, burning and stoichiometric ratios of fuel and air for efficient combustion were elaborated. Mathematical model of such gas fired furnace was modeled with Simulink tool for the purpose of developing regulation structure. The cascade control structure, used in gas fired furnaces is implemented in a logic controller. PLC's Analog modules are connected to an electronic circuit that simulates the heat transfer and gas flow for purposes of testing developed software. Responses are stored in PLC data blocks and ploted with the MATLAB software. The visualization interface for supervision of temperature, flows, fuel and air ratios was developed in Siemens WinCC Flexible software. The visualization interface is run on personal computer, which allows reference values setting, process values supervision, trend tracking and controller parameters adjustments.
