Abstract
Penetracijsko ispitivanje je legalna i autorizirana simulacija napada na neki računalni sustav u svrhu osiguranja dotičnog. Izvodi se u 4 etape: prikupljanje informacija, skeniranje, iskorištavanje i održavanje ulaza. Kali Linux je OS koji dolazi s ugrađenim alatima za penetracijsko ispitivanje dok je metasploitable virtualna mašina koja služi za vježbanje naših sposobnosti. Neki od glavnih alata Kali Linuxa su: Metasploit, nmap, Nessus i netcat. Metasploitable ima mnogo ranjivosti od kojih su iskorišteni: MySql login, protokol VSFTPD, Tomcat i Samba poslužitelj.
Abstract (english)
Penetration testing is legal and authorized simulation of an attack on some computer system with a purpose of making it more secure. It is divided in 4 stages: reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation and maintaining access. Kali Linux is an OS which has many tools for pen testing. Metasploitable is a virtual machine which is used to hone our hacking skills. Important tools in Kali Linux are: Metasploit, nmap, Nessus and netcat. Metasploitable has many vulnerabilities from which were exploited: MySql login, VSFTPD protocol Backdoor, Tomcat Service and Samba server.
