Abstract

U sklopu ovog rada projektiran je sustav za kontaktno mjerenje temperature. Uvodno su postavljene očekivane specifikacije koje projektirani sklop mora zadovoljiti. Objašnjen je način rada termopara. Opisan je postupak PCB dizajna i uloga pojedinih komponenta. U sljedećim koracima opisan je postupak relizacije i uhodavanja programskog susava, te grafičkog sučelja. Razvijeni sustav naposljetku je testiran u usporedbi s referentnim mjernim uređajima. Pokazano je da je karakteristika sustava u zadanom mjernom području od 0 do 290 °C linearna i prati vrijednosti izmjerene referentnim uređajima uz standardnu devijaciju od 2,69 °C, pri čemu je maksimalna apsolutna pogreška 6 °C. Zaključeno je da sustav ispunjava postavljene uvjete uz nešto veća odstupanja pri višim temperaturama na što se može utjecati dijeljenjem izmjerene vrijednosti faktorom manjim od 1. S druge strane na nelinearnost se ne može utjecati jer je određena tipom i izvedbom termopara.

Abstract (english)

This thesis describes procedure of designing a system for contact temperature measurement. Introductory have been defined specifications which system must meet. It was explained the operation of the thermocouple as well as method of PCB design and the role of individual components. In the following steps it was described the process of realization and running the firmware, and the graphical interface. Finally the developed system was tested in comparison with the reference measurement devices. For measuring range from 0 to 300 °C it was shown that the system characteristic is linear and close to values measured by reference devices with a standard deviation of 2.69 °C, whereby the maximum absolute error is 6 °C. It was concluded that the system meets its requirements with slightly larger deviations at higher temperatures at which it can be affected by dividing the measured value with a factor lower than 1. On the other hand the nonlinearity can not be affected because it is determined by the type of the thermocouple.
