Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad opisuje sustav crpne stanice i vodospreme te upravljanje i nadzor istih. Svi korišteni senzori i mjerači su opisani zajedno sa njihovom tehničkom dokumentacijom. Također, opisan je programirljivi logički kontroler (engl. Programmable Logic Controler – PLC), njegova povijest primjene, funkcija te njegove karakteristike i konfiguracija. Budući da su PLC-ovi budućnost automatiziranja naglasak ovoga rada daje se na PLC te sami program PLC-a. Program je detaljno opisan kao i njegovo testiranje i izvođenje simulacije. Cjelokupni program izrađen je u programskom sučelju TIA Portal v14. Napisana je i opisana tablica svih naredbi korištenih radi lakšeg shvaćanja programa.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis describes the system which contains a pumping station and water reservoir and its management and supervision. All used sensors and gauges are described with their technical documentation. Also, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), its application history, functions, and its characteristics and configurations are described. Since the PLCs are the future of automation, the emphasis of this work is given to the PLC and the PLC program itself. The program is described in detail as well as its testing and simulation. The entire program was created in TIA Portal v14 program interface. A table of all the commands used in this thesis is written and described to make it easier to understand.
