Abstract

Sustav se spušta niz cijev pomoći žice i pritom mjeri temperaturu i tlak, a dubinu na kojoj je mjerenje napravljeno određuje detekcijom proširenja na cijevima metodom vrtložnih struja. Sustav je baterijski napajan i sve izmjerene podatke zapisuje na mikro SD karticu. Za ispitivanje vrtložnim strujama koriste se tri zavojnice. Jedna zavojnica je impulsno pobuđivana, a druge dvije su prijemne. Nakon izvlačenja mjernog uređaja iz cijevi podatci se ispisuju na računalu te ih je potrebno vizualno pregledati da bi se utvrdilo na kojoj dubini su napravljena mjerenja.

Abstract (english)

The system is lowering down the tube with a wire while measuring temperature and pressure, the depth in which the measurement is made is determined by detecting casing collars with eddy current method. The system is supplied with battery power and all measured data is logged on micro SD card. Three coils are used for eddy current testing. One coil is pulsed driven and other two are receiver coils. After pulling the measurement system out of the tube the data can be printed on a computer and they are required visual exam to determine the depth in which the measurement is made.
