Abstract

Ovaj rad proučava koje mogućnosti se dobivaju uvođenjem objavi/pretplati sustava za prikupljanje i obradu podataka u raspodijeljeni sustav interneta stvari. Kao primjer problema iskorišten je tipičan slučaj prikupljanja i obrade očitanja temperature u stanu. Uvođenjem posrednika se pojednostavilo prikupljanje podataka i omogućila dodatna obrada tih podataka koja nije bila prisutna na servisu interneta stvari. Sustav je ostvaren korištenjem Apache Kafke kao objavi/pretplati posrednika, ThingsBoard kao servisa interneta stvari i Python biblioteka za pisanje Kafka klijenata.

Abstract (english)

In this paper a publish-subscribe broker was implemented into a distributed system based on Internet of things to help tackle the problem of data collection and processing. To demonstrate this a typical example of collecting and processing temperature readings from an apartment was used. With the introduction of publish/subscribe broker the data collection process was streamlined and new data processing methods that were not available on the Internet of things platform were made available. The system was implemented using Apache Kafka as a publish-subscribe broker, ThingsBoard as an Internet of Things platform and Python libraries for writing Kafka clients.
