Abstract

U radu su identificirani elementi informacijske infrastrukture s posebnim naglaskom na sposobnost zajedničkog rada. Predstavljeni su komplementarni načini osiguranja sposobnosti zajedničkog rada mehanizmima funkcijske standardizacije i posredničkom funkcionalnosti. Predstavljene su prevladavajuće posredničke funkcionalnosti koje pomažu prevladati heterogenost komponenti, komentirane su s obzirom na funkcijske i nefunkcijske zahtjeve raspodijeljenih transakcijskih sustava. Na primjeru standarda Internetske pošte predloženi su funkcijski profili za tipične raspodijeljene aplikacije u informacijskoj infrastrukturi. Identificirane primjene su implementirane i korištene u primjerima integracije posredničkim funkcionalnostima. Izmjerene vrijednosti kvalitete usluga su grafički predstavljene i komentirane.

Abstract (english)

Elements of information infrastructure have been identified. Special attention was given to interoperability. Functional standardization and middleware have been presented as alternative ways for interoperability insurance. Prevailing middleware technologies were presented and compared from functional and non-functional requirements perspective. Internet e-mail standards have been chosen as a basis for development of functional profiles for typical distributed applications in information infrastructure. Identified applications have been implemented and used for measurement of quality of service in middleware integrated environment. Research results are graphically presented and discussed.
