Abstract

Primarni elektromagnetski laboratorij (PEL) u sklopu Zavoda za OEM FER-a, kao glavnu zadaću ima pohranjivanje i održavanje etalona osnovnih elektromagnetskih veličina: napona, kapaciteta, otpora i vremena (frekvencije). Skupni etalon otpora i laboratorijski mjerni postupci za uspostavu i održavanje njegove sljedivosti postali su osnova za laboratorijsko umjeravanje otpora u visokoj točnosti. U sustavu PEL-a osobito je važan naglasak na automatiziranim mjerenjima i usporedbama etalona otpora zbog dobivanja mjernih rezultata u vrhunskoj točnosti. U radu je načinjena detaljna analiza i izvedba jednog takvog uređaja za međusobnu usporedbu 12 etalona otpora. Projektiran je računalom upravljan visokostalan naponski upravljan strujni izvor s vrlo niskom razinom šuma. Eksperimentalno je i analitički obrađena procjena pojedinačnih doprinosa ukupnoj mjernoj nesigurnosti. Cilj je magistarskog rada doprinos mjernim mogućnostima laboratorija PEL koji svojim rezultatima ravnopravno sudjeluje u uspostavi međunarodno sljedivog mjernog sustava.

Abstract (english)

A main task of Primary Electromagnetic Laboratory (PEL), within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering nad Computing of the University of Zagreb, is maintenance of standards of four major electromagnetic units: volts, farad, ohm and second. The group of resistance and precise measurements procedures have become the basis of accurate laboratory resistance calibrations. Therefore, it is very important to enable a completely automated procedures of measurements, to achieve resistance scaling wth parts-per-million results. This work describe design and realization of low thermal resistance scanner, which accommodates all 12 standard resistors in PEL, used for every day calibration. Also, a new ultra low-noise, computer controlled, current source has been developed, which is used as external current source. The measurement possibilities of the PEL, with associated uncertainties for a particular resistance level are expressed at the end of this work. Finally, the goal of this work is contribution to PEL measurement capabilities, and thus paticipating in establishing of international traceability measurement system.
