Abstract

Tema ovog rada je analiza trofaznog upravljivog ispravljača kao i njegov utjecaj na kvalitetu električne energije mreže na koju je ispravljač priključen. Naime, u Europi IEC 555 norma ograničuj e dopuštenu razinu harmonika ulazne struje potrošača koji se priključuju na mrežu. Stoga je sve veći naglasak na izboru elektroničke oprema koja ima mali utjecaj na mrežu. U radu je provedena detaljna analiza vektorske regulacije upravljivog trofaznog ispravljača. Kako postoji analogija između vektorske regulacije asinkronog motora i vektorske regulacije upravljivog trofaznog ispravljača, iskustva u području asinkronog motora su primjenjena u području upravljivog ispravljača. Razvijen je odgovarajući simulacijski model na osnovu postojećeg laboratorijskog modela. Valjanost simulacijskog modela potvrđena je usporedbom simulacijskih i mjerenih dinamičkih i statičkih odziva sustava. Stoga se razvijeni simulacijski model može koristiti u daljnim analizama i poboljšanjima ovog sustava. Za potrebe ovog rada kao i za daljna istraživanja razvijena je prilagodna ulazno/izlazna pločica kao međusklop između energetskog dijela sustava i digitalne upravljačke pločice. Provedena je detaljna matematička analiza energetskog i upravljačkog dijela sustava upravljivog trofaznog ispravljača kao i sinteza parametara PI regulatora izlaznog napona te PI regulatora d i q komponeneti ulazne struje. Dinamičko i statičko ponašanje sustava ispitano je u uvjetima skokovite promjene tereta te skokovite promijene referentnog izlaznog napona ispravljača. Kako je jedna od najčešćih primjena upravljivog ispravljača u kočnim sustavima, ispitano je i ponašanje sustava pri povratu energije u mrežu. Izmjerene dinamičke i statičke karakteristike ispitivanog sustava pokazuju dobro slaganje s proračunatim i simulacijskim odzivima. Ponašanje trofaznog upravljivog ispravljača priključenog na mrežu i njegov utjecaj na kvalitetu električne energije vrednovan je u odnosu na trofazni diodni most koji je pri istim uvjetima preko jednakih ulaznih induktiviteta priključen na mrežu. Rezultati usporedbe pokazuju poboljšanje harmonijskoj spektra ulazne struje upravljivog ispravljača u odnosu na diodni most. Ukupni faktor harmoničkog izobličenja ulazne struje ispitivanog upravljivog ispravljača je 10%, dok u slučaju diodnog mosta taj faktor iznosi 30%.
Ispitivanje je provedeno u uvjetima izobličenog napona mreže; izmjereni faktor ukupnog harmoničkog izobličenja je 4,3%. U takvim uvjetima i ulazna struja upravljivog ispravljača je nesinusnog valnog oblika. Valni oblik ulazne struje dobro prati valni oblik napona mreže što rezultira visokim ukupnim faktorom snage.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this research is an analysis of three phase boost PWM rectifier connected to the grid as well as its influence to the power quality. Reduction of harmonic content in input current of electrical consumers connected to the grid is maintained through IEC 555 standard in Europe. Therefore, the electronic equipment with small influence to the grid is getting more and more attention. In this work voltage oriented control (VOC) of three phase boost PWM rectifier is detail analyzed. The voltage oriented control of three phase boost PWM rectifier can be considered as a dual problem to the vector control of induction motor so experiences from induction motor field can be used in three phase boost PWM rectifier field. It was developed an appropriate simulation model based on the existing laboratory model. The validity of simulation model was verified through comparison of simulated and experimental system responses in dynamic as well as in steady state operating conditions. Therefore, the developed simulation model can be used in further analyses and improvements of this system. For the purposes of this work as well as for further research it was developed an input/output board as an interface between system power part and digital controller board. It is given mathematical description of analyzed system power and control part as well as optimization of outer voltage and input current (d and q components) PI regulators parameters. Three phase boost PWM rectifier dynamic and static behavior is tested in the conditions of load step change and reference outer voltage step change. The application of three phase boost PWM rectifier in braking systems is quit often so the system behavior is also tested during regenerating conditions. Measured dynamic and static system performances match the calculated and simulated ones. The behavior of three phase boost PWM rectifier connected to the grid and its influence to the power quality were compared with three phase diode rectifier connected to the grid via the same input inductances in the same operating conditions. The results of this comparison show an improvement of the three phase boost PWM rectifier input current harmonic spectrum against the three phase diode rectifier input current harmonic spectrum. Input current total harmonic distortion of tested PWM rectifier is 10%, while in the case of diode rectifier this parameter is 30%.

In such conditions input current waveform of tested PWM rectifier is nonsinusoidal. The waveform of PWM rectifier input current is very close to the grid voltage waveform so the total power factor is high.
