Abstract

Primarni elektromagnetski laboratorij (PEL), koji djeluje u sklopu Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva u Zagrebu, kao glavnu zadaću ima pohranjivanje etalona četiriju osnovnih elektromagnetskih jedinica: volta, farada, oma i sekunde. Skupni etalon otpora FER i laboratorijski mjerni postupci za uspostavu i očuvanje sljedivosti postali su osnova za laboratorijsko umjeravanje otpora u vrhunskoj točnosti. Ograničenje postojećeg skupnog etalona na otpore do vrijednosti 100 MΩ potaknulo je razvoj novih mjernih postupaka i u visokoomskom području, s posebnim naglaskom na buduću izradu visokoomske etalonske baze do 1 TΩ. Na temelju provedene analize zahtjeva vrhunskog mjeriteljstva, u radu je predloen i ostvaren mjerni postupak za usporedbu visokoomskih otpora. Teorijska podloga problematike visokoomskih krugova, razvoj i izvedba mjernog sustava te rezultati obavljenih ispitivanja obuhvaćeni su sljedećim stranicama. Prilagodba mjernog postupka postojećem laboratorijskom instrumentariju te automatizacija računalom omogućili su njegovo brzo uključivanje u slijedni sustav PEL-a, a time su postavljeni temelji za uspostavu buduće visokoomske etalonske baze. U konačnici, cilj je magistarskog rada doprinos mjernim mogućnostima PEL-a koji svojim rezultatima ravnopravno sudjeluje u uspostavi međunarodno sljedivog mjernog sustava.

Abstract (english)

A main task of Primary Electromagnetic Laboratory (PEL), within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing of the University of Zagreb, is maintenance of standards of four major electromagnetic units: volt, farad, ohm and second. The group of resistance standards and precise measurement procedures have become the basis of accurate laboratory resistance calibrations. The limitation of available resistance standards value up to 100 MΩ, has provoked the development of new methods in high-ohm measurement field, with emphasis on the future planned building of highohm resistance standard base up to 1 TΩ. After the analysis of high precision measurement conditions, a measurement procedure of high-ohm resistance comparison have been designed and realized. The demands of high-ohm measurement, development of appropriate apparatus and results are presented through the following pages. The adjustment of realized measurement procedure to available Laboratory instrumentation and its automation, have made possible fast merging in traceability chain of PEL, and thus the set up of future high-ohm resistance standards base has been initiated. Finally, the goal of this work is contribution to PEL measurement capabilities, and thus participating in establishment of international traceability measurement system.
