Abstract

Opisani su procesi koji se odvijaju u kemijskom postrojenju i osnovni fizikalno-kemijski zakoni prema kojima se procesi odvijaju. Dan je naglasak na šaržni kemijski reaktor i kemijske procese koji se odvijaju u šaržnom kemijskom reaktoru. Opisana je i procesna i mjerno-regulacijska oprema koja se koristi u kemijskom postrojenju.
Analiziran je prijenos toplinske energije između ogrjevno-rashladnog medija koji se nalazi u plaštu reaktora i procesne smjese u reaktoru za kemijski reaktor s plaštem. Opisani su načini realizacije sustava za upravljanje toplinskim procesima u šaržnom kemijskom reaktoru.
Postavljen je matematički model sustava za upravljanje toplinskim procesima u šaržnom kemijskom reaktoru s usredotočenim parametrima. Simulacijama matematičkog modela postrojenja na računalu određene su vrijednosti parametara sustava upravljanja toplinskim procesima. Vrijednosti dobivene simulacijama implementirane su u postrojenju. Uspoređeni su rezultati snimljeni u postrojenju s rezultatima dobivenim simulacijama.

Abstract (english)

The processes in chemical industry together with basic physical and chemical laws are described. The chemical batch reactor and chemical batch processes in reactors are defined. The chemical plant process equipment and devices for measurement and control are described, too.
The thermal energy transfer between media in reactor’s jacket and process media in reactor are described, together with the realisation of the system for thermal processes control in the chemical batch reactor.
The mathematical model of the thermal processes in chemical batch reactor with concentrated parameters is given. Definition of the process model and definition of the process model parameters are given. The process model parameter’s values determined by the computer simulations are implemented in the real plant. The measured results were compared with results from mathematical model simulation.
