Abstract

Osnovna zadaća Primarnog elektromagnetskoga laboratorija je da putem odgovarajućih usporedbi njegovih referentnih etalona međunarodnima, osigura potrebnu sljedivost. Isto tako, unutar samog laboratorija treba biti osigurana njegova interna sljedivost. Na Primarni elektromagnetski laboratorij postavljaju se i ostali zahtjevi sustava kakvoće u pogledu djelatnika, opreme, prostorija i okoliša. U drugom poglavlju ovog rada opisani su: zahtjevi sustava kakvoće propisani za umjerne laboratorije, dokazivanje osposobljenosti laboratorija putem ovlašćivanja, te elementi koji obilježavaju sljedivost i načini na koje laboratoriji, među kojima i Primarni elektromagnetski laboratorij, osiguravaju sljedivost svoje mjerne opreme. Također, opisani su programi i postupci umjeravanja, jer to su bitni faktori u pogledu osiguranja sljedivosti. Kako je mjerna nesigurnost element koji prati svako mjerenje, a time i sljedivost mjerenja, u radu je prikazan i pregled procjene mjerne nesigurnosti prema međunarodnoj ISO uputi oznake “ISO / TAG 4, Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement“. U četvrtom su poglavlju opisani radni prostor, organizacija rada, mjerna oprema Primarnog elektromagnetskog laboratorija. A na kraju rada prikazani su primjeri postupaka umjeravanja koji se koriste u laboratoriju, te dijagrami sljedivosti njegove mjerne opreme.

Abstract (english)

The main task of Primary Electromagnetic Laboratory is to assure necessary traceability through appropriate comparison of its referent standards with international standards furthermore. Tracebility has to be assured inside the laboratory itself. The Primary Electromagnetic Laboratory, beside traceability has other requirements of quality system regarding personal, equipment, accommodation and environmental conditions. In the second chapter the following is described: the requirements of quality system prescribed for measurement laboratories, proving of laboratory competency through accreditation, elements which characterise the traceability and ways by which laboratories, including primary electromagnetic laboratory, assure the traceability of it’s measurement equipment. Above all, the programs and calibration procedures have been described, because these are essential factors regarding the assurance of traceability. Since the measurement uncertainty follow any measurement, and traceabilty as result, in the work is included the estimation of measurement uncertainity according to international guide: “ISO / TAG 4, Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement“. The fourth chapter describes Primary electromagnetic laboratory’s working accommodation, organisation of work and measurement equipment. In the end measurement procedures used in the laboratory are described as well as traceability diagrams of it’s measurement equipment.
