Abstract

Udari munja jedan su od glavnih uzroka ispada prijenosnih visokonaponskih dalekovoda diljem svijeta. Atmosferski podaci predstavljaju novo znanje u vođenju prijenosnog elektroenergetskog sustava na temelju kojih je moguće ocijeniti utjecaj atmosferskih pražnjenja na rad nadzemne prijenosne mreže. Na temelju analize trenutnih dostignuća u svijetu predložena su ključna područja primjene sustava za lociranje atmosferskih pražnjenja u vođenju elektroenergetskog sustava. U disertaciji detaljno su opisane karakteristike i način rada sustava za lociranje atmosferskih pražnjenja. Navedena je metoda odabira lokacija senzora pri uspostavi sustava te je napravljen proračun parametra efikasnosti detekcije kao ključan ocjenitelj kvalitete. U disertaciji je razvijena metoda za korelaciju ispada visokonaponskih dalekovoda i atmosferskih pražnjenja te su opisane metode i postupci potrebni za njeno učinkovito izvođenje. U studiji slučaja prikazani su rezultati predložene korelacijske metode. Statističkom i prostornom analizom atmosferskih podataka i rezultata korelacijske metode, uz korištenje statističkih metoda regresije i metode strojnog učenja predstavljena je metoda za klasifikaciju nadzemnih prijenosnih vodova po broju ispada uzrokovanih atmosferskim pražnjenjima i određivanje kritičnih dijelova trase s povećanom gustoćom atmosferskih pražnjenja. Znanstveni doprinosi: 1. Algoritam za korelaciju ispada dalekovoda u prijenosnoj elektroenergetskoj mreži s atmosferskim pražnjenjima u proširenom stvarnom vremenu; 2. Metoda za klasifikaciju nadzemnih prijenosnih elektroenergetskih vodova po broju ispada uzrokovanih atmosferskim pražnjenjima i određivanje kritičnih dijelova trase s povećanom gustoćom atmosferskih pražnjenja.

Abstract (english)

Lightning strikes are one of the main causes of overhead line outages. Lightning data provided by lightning locating systems introduce a new information and decision making tool in power system control upon which it is possible to assess the influence of lightning on network operation. Based on the analyses of current accomplishments key features and fields of lightning data utilization in power system control have been proposed. A detailed description of the lightning locating system, and its characteristics, is provided in the thesis. A method for the selection of sensor locations is described and a calculation of the detection efficiency parameter has been conducted as a key feature for assessment of lightning data quality. The thesis presents the developed method for correlation of transmission overhead lines and lightning. Components and processes of the developed method needed for an efficient correlation are explained. Correlated results are represented in a case study. By analyzing lightning and correlation data, using statistical regression and methods of machine learning a method for classification of transmission overhead lines based on line outages due to lightning and identification of critical line segments with high flash density has been proposed. Scientific contribution: 1. Algorithm for correlation between high voltage overhead line outages and lightning discharges; 2. Method for classification of high voltage overhead lines based on line failures caused by atmospheric discharges and identification of critical line segments with increased lightning stroke density.
