Abstract

Automatizacija je tehnička disciplina koja obuhvaća sve mjere s kojima se povećava učinkovitost i smanjuje udio ljudskog rada u proizvodnji i vođenju procesa. U ovom je radu bio zadatak automatizirati sustav modela visokog skladišta. Na početku rada je opisan rad kontrolera S7-1200 koji se koristi u sustavu, a zatim pojedini dijelovi modela visokog skladišta te načini na koji rade. Kada su opisane pojedine komponente sustava napravljena je automatizacija u programskom okruženju Step 7 unutar TIA Portala u strukturiranom upravljačkom jeziku, poznatijem kao SCL. Kroz rad je opisana sva problematika i potencijalni nedostaci trenutnog načina upravljanja sustavom.

Abstract (english)

Automation is a technical discipline that encompasses all measures to increase efficiency and reduce the share of human labor in the production and management processes. In this paper, a task was to automate the system of high-bay warehouse model. At the beginning of the paper is described controller S7-1200, which is used in the system and then, some parts of the model of high-bay warehouse and a way how these parts work. When individual components are described, automation is made in the programming environment Step 7 within TIA Portal in a structured control language, known as SCL. Through the paper are also described all the issues and potential disadvantages of the current system's management capabilities.
