Abstract

U ovome radu su opisane osnovne značajke dubokih konvolucijskih neuralnih mreže. Potom su opisane dvije popularne arhitekture konvolucijskih neuralnih mreža – AlexNet i GoogleNet te su predstavljene neke od njihovih značajki. Nakon toga je opisan postupak predprocesiranja slika u svrhu povećanja malog ulaznog skupa podataka. U radu je prikazana programska izvedba vlastite konvolucijske mreže DavorNet, kao i dvije prije spomenute mreže. Ove mreže su učene na bazi mamogramskih slika DDSM u svrhu klasificiranja tumora dojke. Na kraju su rezultati učenja i testiranja opisani, prikazani i uspoređeni među različitim arhitekturama.

Abstract (english)

This work decribes basic features deep convolutional neural networks. Then it describes two popular architectures of convolutional networks - AlexNet and GoogleNet along with their main features. This work then goes into describing the preprocessing performed in order to augment the small dataset. Then it goes into presenting the implementation of a new architecture for a convolutional neural network along with the implementation of the aforementioned two networks. These networks have been trained on the DDSM database in order to classify breast tumors. In the end, training and testing results were described, plotted and compared between the architectures.
