Abstract

Ovaj rad opisuje izradu modela pogona dizala. Pogon se sastoji od sinkronog motora s permanentnim magnetima serije 1FK7, pretvarača Sinamics S120 i PLC a S7 1200. Sva oprema proizvođača Siemens. Korišteno je i osobno računalo za simulaciju HMI uređaja koji služi za nadzor i testiranje modela pogona. Upravljačke komponente pogona međusobno su povezane PROFINET komunikacijskim protokolom.
Detaljno je opisan postupak izrade projekta te konfiguriranje i parametriranje komponenti sustava pomoću programskih alata TIA Portal i Starter. Također je opisan algoritam upravljanja sustavom i puštanje u pogon.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the making of elevator drive model. The laboratory model consists of Siemens equipment: synchronous motor with permanent magnets from series 1FK7, frequency converter SINAMICS S120 and PLC controller S7-1200. Personal computer is used to simulate HMI device for monitoring and testing of drive model. Control components of the drive are interconnected using PROFINET communication protocol.
The project, parametrization and configuration of system components using software TIA Portal and Starter are described in details. Control algorithm and commissioning of the drive is also described.
