Abstract

U diplomskom radu prikazan je postupak automatizacije procesa za proizvodnju farmaceutske supstance u procesno upravljačkom sustavu PCS7 tvrtke Siemens. Kroz rad na primjeru navedenog procesa opisan je princip konfiguracije hardvera za kreiranje takvog procesnog sustava, kreiranje upravljačke logike pomoću sekvencijalnog upravljanja i u konačnici izrada recepata za proizvodnju pomoću alata SIMATIC Batch te izrada vizualizacije procesa upravljanja u WinCC-u.

Abstract (english)

This masters thesis describes the automation process of a process that produces pharmaceutical substances using a process control system called PCS7 from the company Siemens. Throughout this thesis on the example of the mentioned process there is given a description on how to configure the necessary hardware for the process, how to create the sequential control algorithm, how to create recipes for the production using SIMATIC Batch and finally how to create and configure visualization for the process.
