Abstract

Diplomski zadatak je bio razviti programsko rješenje za podršku praćenja stanja djece oboljele od malignih bolesti koja su u tretmanu kemoterapijom. Razvijen je sustav koji se sastoji od klijentske iOS aplikacije CancerMonitor i poslužitelja s bazom podataka. Problem koji rješava ova razvijena aplikacija je povezivanje liječnika i roditelja pacijenata preko samo jedne aplikacije. Roditelji koriste različite aplikacije za informiranje liječnika o zdravstvenom stanju svoje djece na određeni dan, u proizvoljno vrijeme te s neograničenim brojem poruka, poziva ili poruka elektroničke pošte. U razvijenom sustavu informacije o stanju pacijenta se unose na dnevnoj bazi i moguće ih je izmijeniti do kraja tog dana. Razvijeno rješenje omogućava liječnicima uvid u potrebne podatke o zdravstvenom stanju svojih pacijenata, poredane po danima. Pregled pacijenata i njihovih stanja mogu obaviti u svakom trenutku kada su prijavljeni u aplikaciji.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this master's thesis was to develop a software solution that supports monitoring children who are suffering from malignant disease and are or were receiving chemotherapy treatment. The software solution that was developed is made of client side, an iOS app CancerMonitor and a server-side app which comes with a database. The main problem this app solves is connecting doctors and patients’ parents through just this app and makes the communication centralized. Parents use different communicating apps to inform their children’s doctor about the child’s health each day, how are they feeling, have they had any serious problems and so on. They also call, send texts or number of emails to the doctor. In this developed solution, the parents submit just one entry per day. They can edit it until midnight. Now, doctors have all the information about their patients and their health status per each day in a single app. Anytime they can search and examine the statuses of every patient they have.
