Abstract

U ovom radu opisan je osnovni princip rada agregatskog postrojenja te njegovi dijelovi, s naglaskom na IL NT AMF 25 kontroler s kojeg ćemo povući podatke koji su potrebni za učinkovit nadzor agregata. Objašnjena je motivacija za odabir RS232 međusklopa za povezivanje kontrolera i PLC uređaja te opisana osnovna struktura PLC-a i programski jezici koje podržava. U ovom radu fokus je bio na serijskom komunikacijskom protokolu modbus i opisana je struktura modbus RTU riječi. Na kraju je opisan princip pisanja programskog koda u TIA Portalu za čitanje podataka s kontrolera.

Abstract (english)

This paper explains the basic operating prinicple of aggregate substation and its main parts, with emphasis on the IL NT AMF 25 controller that will be used to collect important data for the supervision of the diesel aggregate. The reasoning behind the choice of RS-232 as the communication between controller and the PLC was explained and the PLC and its programming languages were described. The focus of this paper is the serial communication protocol modbus and the structure of the modbus RTU word was described. Finally, the process of programming this communication in TIA Portal was explained.
