Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada, pod nazivom „Hidro elektrane s malim padom“, je ukazati na dostupne tehnologije i principe proizvodnje električne energije. Rad je koncipiran u 4 glavna dijela. Prvi dio tematizira opći pojam energije, tj. hidroenergije i hidro elektrana općenito. Drugi dio rada analizira hidro elektrane s malim padom i tipove turbina pogodne za mali pad. U trećem dijelu, teoretski i primjerom, detaljno je opisano određivanje energetskog potencijala za protočnu hidro elektranu s padom do 5 metara. Četvrti dio govori o načinima iskorištavanja hidro elektrana na plimu i oseku. Na kraju je dan osvrt na diplomski rad u cjelini.

Abstract (english)

The present thesis entitled „Low head hydro power plant“ is to point out the avaliable technologies and principles of electricity production. Thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part deals with the general concept of energy, ie. hydro power and hydro power plants in general. The second part analyzes the low head hydro power plant and types of turbine suitable for a low head. In the third part, in theory and example, are detailed determination of the energy potential for a typical low head run-of-river power plant. The fourth part discusses ways of exploiting hydro power plants on the tides. Finally, for conclusion there are some comments for the thesis in a whole.
