Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada bila je nadzor sustava za prikupljanje i odvodnju otpadnih voda. Cijeli sustav sastoji se od tri velike komponente: fekalnih pumpi, PLC uređaja koji upravlja pumpama, te SCADA-om koja nadgleda cijeli sustav. SCADA je u današnje vrijeme nezaobilazan sustav zbog svoje mogućnosti da daljinski nadzire i upravlja industrijskim, ali i manjim postrojenjima. U završnom radu opisana je arhitektura i princip rada Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC uređaja. PLC predstavlja upravljački uređaj koji na temelju zadanog algoritma regulacije u sustav šalje upravljačke signale i na taj način utječe na reguliranu veličinu. Prikazana je programska podrška (TIA portal) koja omogućuje korisničku izradu upravljačkih naredbi za PLC. Treći dio sustava su pumpe spojene na PLC modula S1214C s kojeg je moguće čitati podatke koji su pomoću HMI sučelja grafički prikazani korisniku za lakši uvid u stanje cijelog sustava.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this final work was the monitoring system for collection and drainage of waste water. The whole system is consisted of three major components: fecal pumps, PLC controlled pump units, and SCADA that monitors the entire system. SCADA is today an unavoidable system for its ability to remotely control and manage industrial, but also small installations. In the final work, the architecture and operation principle of the Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC is described. The PLC represents a control device which, based on the default regulation algorithm, sends control signals into the system and thus affects the regulated size. A program support (TIA portal) is also displayed which allows user to create control commands for the PLC. The third part of the system are pumps connected to the S1214C PLC module from which it is possible to read the data that is displayed graphically by the HMI user interface for a better insight into the state of the entire system.
