Abstract

Statički VAR kompenzatori (SVC) pripadaju skupini kompenzacijskih uređaja koji se koriste za regulaciju napona i kompenzaciju jalove snage, korištenjem različitih izvedbi i kombinacija poprečnih prigušnica i/ili kondenzatorskih baterija (KB). Za upravljanje i regulaciju jalove snage SVC-a koriste se tiristorski upravljive ili uklopive prigušnice i KB. Upravo zbog spomenutog načina upravljanja, korištenjem tiristora, SVC uređaji mogu fino regulirati napon i jalovu snagu, a zbog načina upravljanja
pripadaju skupini kompenzacijskih uređaja s vrlo brzim odzivom.
Cilj ovog rada jeste kratki pregled najznačajnijih tipova SVC uređaja te objašnjenje njihovog principa rada i tehničkih mogućnosti s obzirom na regulacijske karakteristike uređaja. Uz teoretski pregled, na primjeru jedne test mreže će biti analiziran rad SVC uređaja korištenjem PSS/E programskog paketa te ispitane njegove statičke regulacijske mogućnosti i brzina odziva.

Abstract (english)

Static VAR Compensators (SVCs) belong to a group of compensating devices used for voltage regulation and reactive power compensation, using different performances and combinations of reactors and / or capacitor batteries (KB). For control and regulation of reactive power of SVC, thyristor controlled or switched reactors and KB are used. Because of this method of regulation, by using thyristors, SVC devices can fine-tune the voltage and reactive power, and due to the mode of operating, they belong to a group of compensating devices with very fast resposne. The aim of this paper is a brief overview of the most important types of SVC devices and an explanation of their operating principle and technical features with regard to the device's regulatory characteristics. With theoretical review, in the example of a test network, the work of the SVC device will be analyzed using the PSS / E program package and examined its static control capabilities and response rate.
