Abstract
Opisan je sustav Docker i ideja iza njega. Definirano je što je sadržnik sustava i dana razlika i prednosti između sadržnika sustava i virtualnih strojeva. Opisana je arhitektura Dockera i objašnjeni su njeni dijelovi i objekti koje koristi. Dan je pregled strukture jedne Docker aplikacije, sa svakim dijelom objašnjenim posebno, prikazujući njihove kodove i naredbe potrebne za njihovo stvaranje, odnoso primjenu. Navedene su i objašnjene neke naredbe za upravljanje životnim ciklusom koristeći naredbeni redak i koristeći Python SDK. Dano je nekoliko primjera Docker aplikacija i upravljanja njihovim životnim ciklusom, uključujući ispitivanje njihovih performansi.
Abstract (english)
Docker system and the idea behind it are described. What is a container is defined and difference and advantages between containers and virtual machines are shown. Docker architecutes is describe and its parts and objects it uses are described. Structure of a single Docker application is shown, each part of it described separatly, showing their codes and the commands needed for their creating, or executing.Command for life-cycle management are show and described, both using command prompt or using Python SDK.. Several examples of Docker applications and their life-cycle management are shown, including testing their performances.
