Abstract

U radu je obrađena automatizacija testnog postolja odnosno primjena SCADA sustava. Izrađeni SCADA sustav projektiran je za upravljanje sustavom za ispitivanje avionskog električnog stroja. Automatizacija je provedena primjenom programabilnog logičkog kontrolera, programskom vizualizacijom procesa te primjenom frekvencijskog pretvarača.
U završnom radu prikazan je opis opreme za SCADA sustav, pogotovo PLC. Projektiran je i obavljen priključak PLC-a na ostatak sustava, izrađen program u TIA portalu za upravljanje te je programski kod opisan i dokumentiran.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents an overview on automatization of a test bench by using SCADA system. The SCADA system was designed for managing a system for examining airplane electrical machine. The automatization process was carried out with the usage of a programmable logical controller, program visualization of the process and application of the frequency converter.
In the final paper, a description of the equipment for the SCADA system, especially the PLC, was shown. The PLC's connection to the rest of the system was designed and made in the TIA Management Portal, and the program code was described and documented.
