Abstract

Razvoj informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija potaknuo je pojavu novih oblika poslovanja. Elektroničko poslovanje je suvremeni oblik poslovanja koji primjenom informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija u poslovnim procesima, omogućuje njihovu digitalizaciju i automatizaciju, smanjujući tako troškove poslovanja. Elektronički račun ima središnju ulogu u e-poslovanju, a zamjenom papirnatih računa elektroničkim pojednostavljuje se i ubrzava obrada, pohrana i slanje računa. Najveći udio poduzeća na tržištu čine mikro i mala poduzeća, no ujedno vrlo mali postotak njih je uključen u elektroničko poslovanje. Cilj ovog rada je kroz razvijeni informacijski sustav za e-račune, prilagođen mikro i malim poduzećima, potaknuti ih na uključivanje u elektroničko poslovanje. Razvijeni informacijski sustav kroz jednostavno korisničko sučelje omogućuje, između ostalog, kreiranje, arhiviranje i slanje elektroničkih računa.

Abstract (english)

With the evolution of information and communication technologies, new forms of business have emerged. Electronic business is a modern form of business that enables digitisation and automation of business processes by utilizing information and communication technologies, thus reducing operating costs. Electronic invoice has the central role in e-business, and by replacing paper invoices with e-invoice, processing, storage and sending invoices is simplified and accelerated. The largest percentage of companies on the market are micro and small enterprises, but at the same time a very small percentage of them are involved in e-business. The aim of this paper is to encourage micro and small enterprises to engage in e-business through a developed e-invoice information system tailored to them. Through a simple user interface the developed information system enables, among other things, creating, archiving and sending electronic invoices.
