Abstract

Igrifikacija je termin koji obuhvaća primjenu elemenata, mehanizama i principa računalnih igara s ciljem motiviranja i angažiranja pojedinca ili više njih u nekom kontekstu ili procesu koji sam po sebi nije računalna igra. U ovom je radu opisan koncept igrifikacije u procesu učenja i vrednovanja znanja, principi igrifikacije te alati i koncepti igara koje se koriste za implementaciju igrifikacije. Razvijeno je rješenje za kreiranje instrumenata vrednovanja znanja temeljenog na igrifikaciji. Rješenje je implementirano kao progresivna web aplikacija koristeći ReactJS u razvoju klijentske aplikacije i NodeJS u razvoju poslužiteljske aplikacije uz MongoDB kao baza podataka. Nadalje, u sklopu predmeta Menadžment u inženjerstvu provedeno je testiranje sa 41 studentom. Prvi rezultati testiranja pokazuju da se sustav razvija u dobrom smjeru i ima potencijal za korištenje u budućnosti. Ukupno 100% ispitanika smatra da je ideja aplikacije odlična, dok više od 83% ispitanika smatra kako bi im aplikacija pomogla u efikasnijem učenju.

Summary
TITLE: System for creation of knowledge evaluation tools based on game mechanisms and elements

Gamification is a term that involves the application of the elements, mechanisms and principles of computer games with a view to motivating and engaging an individual or more in a context or process that by itself is not a computer game. In spite of this, gamification is learning through the game or overcoming some real-world game problems. This paper describes the concept of gamification in the process of learning and evaluating knowledge, the principles of gamification, and the tools and game concepts used to implement the game. A solution has been developed for creation of knowledge evaluation tools based on gamification. A solution was implemented as progressive web app with ReactJS as client-side technology and NodeJS as server-side with a support of MongoDB as database. Furthermore, within the course Management in the engineering, testing was carried out with 41 students. The first test results show that the system is developing in the right direction and has potential future. A total of 100% respondents believe that the idea of the application is excellent, and more that 83% of them believe that application can help them learn more efficient.
