Abstract

Srce je jedan od najvažnijih organa za ljudski život. Pri svakom otkucaju, srcem prolazi impuls koji se širi u tkiva oko srca. Mali dio tih struja dolazi do kože, gdje izaziva razlike potencijala, koje se mogu bilježiti elektrodama postavljenim na kožu. Elektrokardiografija je neinvazivni medicinskotehnički postupak registriranja električnih potencijala srca. Mjerenje i prikaz napona srca ima veliku dijagnostičku vrijednost. Naponi srca omogućuju utvrđivanje najvećega broja dijagnoza u usporedbi s naponima drugih izvora. U ovome radu ostvareno je mjerenje bioelektričkih potencijala srca (EKG) i respiracije pomoću BioMed Kit razvojne pločice. Kako bi se to ostvarilo, bilo je potrebno isprogramirati mikrokontroler TM4C123GH6PZ za prikupljanje podataka s EKG pojačala ADS1292R putem SPI veze, te zatim primljene podatke UART vezom prenositi preko UART-USB mosta na računalo, točnije u emulator terminala PuTTY. Preko PuTTY-a se dobiveni rezultati spremaju u memoriju računala te se za kraj podaci prikazuju u programu MATLAB. Proizvod je za komercijalnu uporabu i nije namijenjen za korištenje u medicinske svrhe.

Abstract (english)

The heart is one of the most important organs for human life. At each heartbeat, an electric pulse goes through the heart and spreads to the surrounding tissue. A small part of these currents comes to the skin, leading to potential differences that can be captured through the electrodes placed on the skin. The ECG is a non-invasive procedure for registering electrical potential of the heart. Measurement and display of the heart rate has a great diagnostic value. Biopotential measurements of the heart can be used for making the most diagnoses in relation to the number of diagnoses made from measuring biopotentials of other sources. In this study, the objective was measuring the bioelectric potentials of the heart (EKG) and respiration with the BioMed Kit Development Board. To achieve this, it was necessary to program the TM4C123GH6PZ microcontroller for collecting data from the ADS1292R ECG amplifier over the SPI connection and then transfer the data using UART and pass the data through the UART to the USB bridge to the computer, that is to the PuTTY terminal emulator. Via PuTTY, the results are stored in the computer's memory and the data is finally displayed in MATLAB. The product is for commercial use and should not be used for medical purposes.
