Abstract

Ideja ovoga diplomskog rada bila je pronaći što bolju metodu estimacije stanja napunjenosti baterije u električnom automobilu te ju implementirati. Razmatrane su razne metode, npr. naponska metoda, metoda brojanja coulomba, Kalmanov filtar. Zbog svoje kompleksnosti Kalmanov filtar se nije uspio implementirati te se na kraju implementirana metoda brojanja coulomba. Za što točnije mjerenje vrijednosti struje razvijena je i posebna pločica. Pločica pad napona na shuntu pojačava petnaest puta kako bi se što više otklonile smetnje prilikom mjerenja. Probleme pri implementaciji ove metode stvarale su elektromagnetske smetnje pri uključenju vozila. Smetnje su otklonjene izmicanjem pločice i arduina iz kutije gdje se nalazio shunt, i uzemljenjem oklopa kabela koji je povezivao pločicu i shunt. Za daljnji razvoj predloženo je modificiranje metode brojanja coulomba tako da se koriste i naponske karakteristike punjenja i pražnjenja baterije.

Abstract (english)

Idea of this graduate thesis is to find and implement the best method for state of charge estimation in electric car. Several methods were considered, e.g. voltage method, Coulomb counting method, Kalman filter. Because of it's complexity, Kalman filter even though it is the best method was not implemented. Instead of Kalman filer, it is used Coulomb counting method. For more precise current measurement it is developed an special board. For less noise during the measurement, voltage is multiplied fifteen time. When electric vehicle was turned on, electromagnetic noises caused problems for implementation of the method. Problem was solved by dislocating bord from the box with electronic. It was also necessary to ground cabel shield with ground of arduino. For further development it is proposed to modify Coulomb counting method by using voltage characteristic of charging and discharging.
