Abstract

Na početku rada su u dva manja poglavlja opisani razlozi za ostvarenjem automatskog sustava te opisan fizički sustav. Glavni dio rada se odnosi na postupak izrade PLC programskog koda te HMI korisničkog sučelja namijenjenih za automatsko pakiranje pivskih bačvi. Cjelokupan rad je izveden unutar Siemensovog programa TIA portal. Objašnjena je kompletna programska struktura te logika izvođenja glavnog programa i njegovih podblokova. U trećem dijelu rada se objašnjava izrada simulacijskog programa. Opisuje se njegovo povezivanje s PLC oznakama unutar TIA-e te pobliže pojašnjava provjera logičke ispravnosti programa. Četvrti dio se odnosi na detaljne upute za korisnike automatskog sustava, odnosno HMI korisničkog sučelja. Opisana su sva stanja koja se prikazuju na korisničkom ekranu, njihova međusobna navigacija te mogućnosti koje korisnik može odabrati u svakom koraku rada sustava. Na kraju je protumačena dinamika i signalizacija cjelokupnog korisničkog sučelja.

Abstract (english)

In first two smaller chapters are described reasons for achieving the automatic system and is given description of physical system. The main part of the paper refers to the process of producing PLC programming code and HMI user program interface intended for automatic packing beer barrels. The entire work is done within the Siemens TIA portal program. The full programming structure and logic of the main program and its subblocks have been explained. The third part of the work explains the development of a simulation program. It describes its connection to the PLC tags within TIA portal and in detail describes checking logical correctness of the program. The fourth part refers to detailed instructions for users of the automatic system and HMI. It is given explanation of all displayed status on the user screen, their mutual features which can be chosen in each step of the system. In the end of the work are interpreted the dynamics and signaling of the entire user interface.
