Abstract

U okviru ovog diplomskog rada izrađen je nadređeni upravljački sustav laboratorijskog modela višemotornog pogona. Korišten je ugradbeni računalni sustav Raspberry Pi. Na početku rada bilo se potrebno upoznati s laboratorijskim modelom i njegovim postojećim upravljačkim sustavom. Uz podešenja IP adresa Raspberry Pi-a i dozvolu Raspberry Pi-u da upravlja programirljivim logičkim kontrolerom, ostvarena je komunikacija između Raspberry Pia i programirljivog logičkog kontrolera. Korištena je biblioteka Snap7. Program je na Raspberry Pi-u napisan u Pythonu, a za izradu grafičkog sučelja korištena je biblioteka TkInter. Vizualizacijsko i upravljačko sučelje otvara se nakon što se unesu ispravni korisnički podatci za pristup.

Abstract (english)

Within this graduate thesis, a superordinate control system of a multidrive laboratory model was developed using the Raspberry Pi embedded system. At the beginning of the thesis, it was necessary to get acquainted with the aforementioned laboratory model and its existing control system. As the Raspberry Pi's IP address was set and the permission was granted to Raspberry Pi to control a programmable logic controller, communication between Raspberry Pi and the programmable logic controller was achieved. The Snap7 library was used. The program running on Raspberry Pi was written in Python, whereas the TkInter library was used for design of the graphical interface. The visualization and control interface opens after the correct user access data is entered.
