Abstract

Sva elektroenergetska oprema rasklopnih postrojenja elektroenergetskih sustava (EES) dimenzionirana je za određenu struju kratkog spoja, koja se određuje u fazi projektiranja postrojenja na temelju planiranog razvoja EES-a. U tu svrhu izračunavaju se maksimalne vrijednosti struja kratkog spoja za razdoblje planiranog životnog vijeka postrojenja. Proračuni se provode primjenom standarda IEC 60909 u programskom paketu Neplan-u. Ukoliko stvarni razvoj EES-a nije u skladu s planiranim, može se dogoditi da struje kratkog spoja u određenim uklopnim i pogonskim stanjima EES-a premaše rasklopnu moć prekidača, a samim time i cijelog postrojenja. U tom slučaju potrebno je sekcionirati EES na određenim mjestima, kako bi se smanjile struje kratkog spoja. Optimalno rasklopno postrojenje za sekcioniranje se određuje na temelju proračuna kratkog spoja, tokova snaga te gubitaka u mreži.

Abstract (english)

All electroenergetic equipment of substation power systems for EES is dimensioned for a specific short circuit current, which is determined while designing the system, based on planed development of EES. For that purpose, maximum values of short circuit currents are calculated for the period of the system's planned lifespan. Calculations are conducted by application of IEC 60909 standard in Neplan package. If the real development of EES is not in accordance with the planned one, short circuit currents can, in certain switching and operating EES states, exceed rated breaking current of circuit breaker, and therefore the whole system. In that case it is necessary to section EES in certain places, so as to lower short circuit currents. Optimum sectioning power system is determined based on the calculations of short circuit, load flow and loses in network.
