Abstract

Ovaj završni rad obrađuje mogućnosti pohrane podataka izmjerenih pomoću senzora. Na početku je objašnjen način rada senzora i područja primjene. Potom je opisana korištena senzorska tehnologija i prikazan je model sustava. Objašnjena su svojstva baze podataka kao osnovnog načina pohrane podataka. Dana su glavna svojstva relacijskih baza podataka i načina korištenja SQL upitnog jezika. Prikazan je konkretan primjer relacijske baze. Potom je opisana i nerelacijska NoSQL baza podataka s... Abstract (english)

This BSc Thesis deals with possibilities to store data measured by sensors. In the beginning, it's explained how sensors function and where are they used. After that, the sensors technology used in this Thesis is described, along with the model of the system. The basic properties of database as the most common way of data storage are explained. The main characteristics of relational databases are given along with the concrete example of it. Furthermore, a non-relational NoSQL database... More is described followed by an example.
