Abstract

U ovom završnom radu korišten je model jednostavnog agenta, izveden u Matlabu kao dio europskog FP7 projekta ASSISIbf, koji modelira četiri tipa pčela koji se mogu naći u prirodi. Ponašanje agenta modelira se pomoću dva diskretna stanja; ponašanje u svakom od njih, kao i prijelazi između pojedinih stanja, opisani su diferencijalnim jednadžbama koje su rezultat matematičke interpretacije bioloških opažanja u tijeku projekta.

Radom na zadatku provodila se analiza utjecaja parametara modela jednostavnog agenta na distribuciju grupe agenata u 2D prostoru predefinirane veličine te se analizirao utjecaj okoline na distribuciju grupe. Konačno, na temelju podataka dobivenih analizom predložen je oblik vjerojatnosne funkcije distribucije agenata u 2D prostoru predefinirane veličine, a valjanost vjerojatnosne funkcije distribucije provjerena je simulacijama.

Abstract (english)

In this BSc thesis a model of a simple agent, created in Matlab as part of the ASSISIbf EU FP7 project, which models four different types of bees that can be found in the nature, was used. Agent's behaviour was modelled using two discrete states: behaviour in each of them, as well as transitions between them, were described using differential equations obtained as a result of mathematical interpretations of biological observations during the course of the project.

Work on thesis included conducting the analysis of the influence of the parameters of the simple agent model on the distribution of a group of agents in 2D space with predefined size and analysis of the influence of the aggregation stimulus on the distribution of the group. Finally, relying on data obtained during the analysis, the form of the probability distribution function in 2D space with predefined space was proposed and tested in simulations.
