Abstract
U radu je proučena primjena sonara na robotu Baxter. Robot Baxter ima 12 sonara za uočavanje pokreta u svojoj blizini. Uz svaki su sonar lampice koje upućuju da je odgovarajući sonar uočio objekt unutar određene udaljenosti. Napisan je algoritam kartiranja sonarskih podataka vjerojatnosnim pristupom kombiniranja više očitanja od različitih sonara i određena poziciju gibajućeg objekta u blizini robota. Dobivena karta prikazana je kao slika na LCD ekranu Baxtera. Algoritam je prvotno implemenan simulacijski te kasnije provjeren eksperimentalno.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the application of sonar on the robot Baxter. Robot Baxter has 12 sonar for detecting movement in its vicinity. Each sonar lights that indicate the proper sonar detected an object within a certain distance. It was written algorithm mapping sonar data probabilistic approach of combining multiple readings from different sonar and certain position a moving object in the vicinity of the robot. The resulting map is displayed as an image on the LCD screen Baxter. The algorithm initially been implemented simulation and later tested experimentally.
