Abstract

Ovim radom analiziran je razvoj i implementacija sustava za upravljanje dokumentacijom unutar velike tvrtke. Istražena je teorijska osnova na kojoj je sustav izgrađen te je analiziran i opisan postupak razvoja takvog projekta.
Globalni, centralizirani sustav upravljanja dokumentacijom uvodi se u ABB Grupu sa sjedištem u Zürich Oerlikonu, umjesto dosada korištenog ''Group Charter'' portala za spremanje dokumentacije. Cilj je razviti i implementirati novi sustav upravljanja dokumentacijom početno... More samo za rukovodstvo tvrtke (ABB Grupu), a kasnije integrirati sustav i na ostalim razinama ABB organizacije (poslovnim jedinicama (BU's), lokalnim poslovnim jedinicama (LBU's)).
Korisničko sučelje novog sustava upravljanja dokumentacijom nalazit će se na ABB stranici (''ABB Inside +''), dok će dokumenti biti pohranjeni u SharePoint - u. Posebnosti vezane uz korisničko sučelje i repozitorij opisane su kroz detaljan popis zahtjeva koje slijedi i popratna dokumentacija kao što su specifikacije. Less

Abstract (english)

In this thesis development and implementation of the Document management system (DMS) in large company is analyzed. Thesis includes a theoretical overview of the project, analyses and description of the tasks, which need to be done.
New document management system will replace nowadays-used “Group Charter” portal within ABB Group. The idea is to have integrated document management system for the ABB Group, later applicable on next organizational levels (business units (BU's) and local business... More units (LBU's)).
Approach to the new Document management system will be on the ABB Inside + page (user interface) and document repository on SharePoint. Requirements for sites, user interface and repository, implementation and connection between them are also described.
