Abstract

U ovom radu dan je prikaz izgradnje informacijskog sustava za poslovanje servisnih radionica od izdavanja radnih naloga do izdavanja računa. Jezik korišten za programsku realizaciju informacijskog sustava je programski jezik C#. Na početku je dan opis poslovnog procesa servisnih radionica te popis funkcionalnih zahtjeva opisanih kroz dijagrame obrazaca uporabe. Abstract (english)

This paper shows the construction of a system for managing appliances service center from production order to giving out receipts. Information system is written in the C# programming language. First, we describe the business logic of managing appliance service center.
