Abstract

Ovaj rad, u prvom dijelu, daje pregled zakonskih akata u Republici Hrvatskoj koji su vezani uz osnove tehničkih uvjeta za priključenje proizvođača na elektroenergetsku mrežu. Prikazana je osnovna varijanta priključka ovisno o naponskoj razini, snazi i mogućnostima pogona elektrane.
Drugi dio rada daje pregled uvijeta koje mora zadovoljavati solarna elektrana u pogledu strujno – naponskih prilika u mreži. Na primjeru konkretne solarne elektrane napravljena je analiza utjecaja elektrane na mrežu.
Treći dio rada daje način određivanja selektivnog podešenja zaštitnih uređaja za solarnu elektranu snage 299 kW priključene na niskonaponsku mrežu. Preduvjet za primjereni paralelni pogon elektrane s mrežom je selektivno podešenje zaštite u elektrani, ali i samoj mreži s kojom elektrana radi paralelno.

Abstract (english)

First part of the paper gives an overview of laws and regulations in Republic of Croatia that treat electric energy generation from renewable energy sources. There are basic options for connection of production unit to the distribution network, depending on: voltage leve, connection power or operation capabilities of production unit.
Second part of the paper gives a comparative analysis results of the impact of the power plants on the grid. The conclusion offers the proofs of the importance of the network analysis in prevent future disturbances caused by real solar power plant.
Third part of the paper provides the method for determining the selective settings for protection devices in real solar power plant connected on 0,4 kV network. Selective settings of protection devices in the network and in the solar power plant are necessity for their correct parallel operation.
