Abstract

Prekidački istosmjerni regulatori efikasniji su od linearnih zbog čega se koriste u mnogim aplikacijama. Nedostatak prekidačkih istosmjernih regulatora je razina elektromagnetskih smetnji koje generiraju, a koje su često veće od zakonski dozvoljenih razina. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati princip rada silaznog prekidačkog naponskog regulatora (engl. buck converter) te identificirati parametre osnovnih gradivih elemenata regulatora (ulazna mreža, izlazna mreža, tranzistor, dioda) sa značajnim utjecajem na elektromagnetsku kompatibilnost (vođene i zračene smetnje). Projektirati neregulirani diskretni naponski regulator frekvencije preklapanja do 1 MHz, ulaznih napona do 12 V, te izlazne struje do 50 A (uz izlazni napon do 1,2 V). karakterizirati projektirani regulator, izmjeriti efikasnost, valovitost izlaznog napona, regulaciju napona napajanja (engl. line regulation), regulaciju tereta (engl. load regulation), te razine generiranih elektromagnetskih smetnji.

Abstract (english)

A direct current (DC) switching regulators are more efficient than the linear and therefore are used in many applications. Disadvantage of the DC switching regulator is the level of electromagnetic interference generated by them, which are often higher than the legally permitted levels. The aim of this study is to analyze the working principle of the downstream switching voltage regulator (buck converter) and identify the basic parameters of the building material elements of the controllers (the input network, the output network, the transistor, the diode) with a significant influence on the electromagnetic compatibility (the conducted and radiated interference). Design of the unregulated discrete voltage regulator with the overlap frequencies to 1 MHz, the input voltage to 12 V and the output currents up to a 50 A (with the output voltage up to a 1,2 V). Characterize the designed regulator, measure the efficiency, the output ripple voltage, the voltage supply (line regulation), the regulation of load (load regulation), and the level of generated electromagnetic interference.
