Abstract

Buka je prejak ili neugodan zvuk koji mijenja normalno stanje okoliša na određenom području i izaziva neugodan osjećaj. Zbog toga je buku potrebno mjeriti i analizirati kako bi se mogle provesti odgovarajuće mjere zaštite od buke. Izvori buke kod vjetroelektrana u najvećoj mjeri proizvode aerodinamičku i mehaničku buku. Ljudsko uho pokriva gotovo cijeli spektar tih izvora zvukova. Za približno određivanje razine zvuka u dBA dovoljno je koristiti klasične uređaje za mjerenje razine zvuka kao što su zvukomjer i akustična kamera. Specijalna mjerenja provode se s ciljem daljnjeg razvoja vjetroturbina sa što boljim akustičnim svojstvima. Kada se buka ne smanjuje i zadržava se duže vrijeme, može značajno štetiti kvaliteti života ljudi i drugih živih bića. I kopnene i priobalne vjetroelektrane utječu na okoliš, no negativni su utjecaji najčešće zanemarivi u odnosu na pozitivne učinke vjetroelektrana.

Abstract (english)

The noise is too strong or unpleasant sound that changes the normal state of the environment in a given area and causes unpleasant feeling. Therefore, the noise needs to be measured and analyzed in order to be able to implement appropriate protective measures against noise. Sources of noise at wind farms mainly produce aerodynamic and mechanical noise. The human ear covers almost the entire spectrum of these sources of noise. For the approximate determination of the sound level in dB is sufficient to use the classical devices for measuring the sound level as well as sound-level meter and acoustic camera. Special measurements are carried out with a view to further development of wind turbines with a better acoustic properties. When the noise is not reduced and retains a long time, can significantly impair the quality of life of people and other living beings. Land and offshore wind farms both affect the environment, but the negative effects are mostly offset by the positive effects of wind farms.
