Abstract

Cilj ovog projekta je izraditi program za PLC-uređaje i HMI panel čija je zadaća vršenje monitoringa elektroenergetskog razvoda u podatkovnom centru C zgrade Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva. Monitoring podrazumijeva aktivno pračenje stanja svih prekidača i osnovnih energetskih parametara u dva ormara (ROSS iROMA) kao i njihovo bilježenje u tekstualne zapise pohranjene na PLC uređaju. Komunikacija se sastoji od dva komunikacijska protokola ( MODBUS i Profinet ) koja se služe dostupnim ethernet kabelima kojima je sva komunikacija uspostavljena.
U svrhu uspostave monitoringa korišteno je nekoliko uređaja. Dva Siemensova PLC uređaja serije 1200, dva mjerna uređaja SENTRON PAC3200 kao i jedan HMI panel. Za pisanje programa korišteno je Siemensov software TIA Portal V13. Kako bi spajanje sa PLC uređajima bilo moguće potrebna je minimalno verzija 13 TIA Portala.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this project is to make a user program for PLC devices and HMI panel whose task is monitoring of power distribution in data center in C building of Faculty of eletctrotechnics and computing. Monitoring means supervision of all the switches and basic electrical parameters in ROSS and ROMA as wel as logging aformentioned data stored on the PLC devices. Communication consists of two communicaton protocols (MODBUS and Profinet) that use available ethernet cabels that are used for data distribution.

For achieveing this goal few devices were used. Two Siemens PLC devices S7-1200, two SENTRON PAC3200 measuring devices as well as one HMI panel. TIA Portal V13 was used for designing the user program. At least V13 of TIA Portal software is needed for establishing communication
