Abstract

iOS je Appleov operacijski sustav i platforma. Alternativa je Android platformi koja zauzima veće tržište. Ipak, zbog velike raširenosti iOS platforme, naglasak ovog rada je na sigurnosti iOS aplikacija. Analizirana je sigurnost iOS aplikacija te je napravljena usporedba s Androidom. Također je analizirana i situacija kada platforma omogućava administratorski pristup. Navedeni su načini neispravnog pisanja aplikacija kojima se narušava sigurnost podataka koje aplikacija koristi te su navedeni načini kako ispravno pisati aplikacije. Napravljen je pregled zloćudnih aplikacija te je napisan primjer jedne takve. Navedene su mogućnosti kako se aplikacija može instalirati na uređaj korisnika te su opisane njene maliciozne radnje. Na kraju, izloženi su savjeti programerima kako sa sigurnosnog aspekta pisati ispravno iOS aplikacije te korisnicima kako sigurnije koristiti iOS uređaje.

Abstract (english)

iOS is Apple's operating system and platform. It is an alternative to the Android platform, which occupies a larger market. However, due to the high prevalence of iOS platforms, the emphasis of this work is the safety of iOS applications. The security of iOS applications is analyzed and compared to Android. The situtation when the platform allows administrator access is also analyzed. Wrong ways of writing applications that harm the security of the data that application use are listed. Then, couple of malicious applications are listed and described. For example, a malicious application is written for this work. Possibilities how the app can be installed are listed and described. Finally, tips for developers how to write iOS applications properly and tips for users how to use iOS devices securely are listed.
