Abstract

U radu su opisani razvijeni algoritmi za početno pozicioniranje lopatica vjetroagregata u Laboratoriju za sustave obnovljivih izvora energije Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i njihova implementacija u programskom paketu LabVIEW. Sustav za automatsko pozicioniranje lopatica u početni položaj osmišljen je u skladu s dostupnom mjernom instrumentacijom, koju čine potenciometar i inkrementalni enkoder. Zbog velikog prijenosnog omjera između lopatice i enkodera nije moguće koristiti standardno resetiranje enkodera pomoću nul impulsa. Stoga je predloženo rješenje koje objedinjuje oba dostupna senzora. Uz eksperimentalne rezultate testiranja, u radu je priložena i dokumentacija korištene opreme.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, designed algorithms for initial positioning of the wind turbine blades in the Laboratory for renewable energy sources at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, and their implementation in LabVIEW are described. System for automatic initial blade pitch positioning is devised according to available measurement equipment, comprising potentiometer and incremental encoder. Duo to the large gear ratio between the wind turbine blade and incremental encoder, a standard encoder reset utilizing zero pulse is not possible. Consequently, the solution is proposed which utilizes both available sensors. Together with experimental results of the designed control system, technical documentation of the equipment which was employed is also provided in this thesis.
