Abstract

U ovom Završnom radu ukratko je objašnjen energetski potencijal stambenih zgrada i važnost uštede energije u istom području. Do uštede se dolazi energetskom obnovom postojećih stambenih zgrada uspješnom implementacijom određenih mjera. U radu su definirane energetsko – ekonomske mjere, pasivna arhitektura kao mjera, te održavanje tih mjera u zakonodavnim okviru. Naposljetku, navedeni su primjeri energetske obnove stambenih zgrada i uspješna implementacija mjera poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti. Radom je zaključeno kako postoji veliki potencijal i prilika u uštedi i poboljšanju ekonomske, ekološke i društvene situacije kod energetske obnove stambenih zgrada.

Abstract (english)

This document briefly explains energetic potential of residential buildings and importance of energy saving in the same field. Energetic renovation of existing residential buildings and efficiently implementation measures of renovation lead to big energy savings. In this document are defined energy – economic measures, passive architecture as a measure and maintaining that measures in the bays of law. Finally, some reffered examples of energetic renovation are given in the document. It is concluded there is a big potential and opportunity in savings and improvement of economic, ecological and social situation at the field of energetic renovation of residential building.
