Abstract

U ovom radu postepeno je objašnjena realizacija sustava za ispitivanje motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem. Prvo smo proučili sustave za ispitivanje motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem te mjerne karakteristike motora. Nakon toga je odabrana i opisana oprema potrebna za izradu upravljačkog i razvodnog ormara. Izrađena je i detaljno objašnjena potrebna izvedbena dokumentacija. Cijeli sustav smo ostvarili pomoću sljedećih bitnih komponenti: asinkronog motora, motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem, frekvencijskog pretvarača Siemens S120 i PLC-a Siemens S7-120. Sustav komunicira PROFINET komunikacijskim protokolom. Nakon izrade upravljačkog i razvodnog ormara, sustav je pušten u pogon. Na kraju, predložen je dijagram toka prema kojem se obavlja konfiguracija PLC-a i touch panela.

Abstract (english)

This thesis is based on a gradual description of realization of the system for testing the internal combustion engine. Firstly we examined the systems for internal combustion engine testing and then for measuring characteristics of the motor. After that we described and chose equipment neccessary for the construction of the control and distribution box. We also made and thoroughly explained the executive documentation. The whole system has been achieved through these important components: asynchronous motor, Siemens S120 frequency converter, Siemens S7-120 PLC. The system communicates PROFINET by the communication protocol. After making the control and distribution box, the system has been put into operation. Finally, we proposed a flow chart which is used for configurating PLC and touch panel.
