Abstract

Razvojem tehnologije u moderno doba stvorila se mogućnost potpune integracije osoba s invaliditetom u svakodnevne životne aktivnosti. Cilj ovog rada je konstrukcija i analiza elektromotornih invalidskih kolica kojima se upravlja pomoću očnih kretnji. Rad sadrži povijesni pregled očnog upravljanja te njezinu analizu. Sadrži i detaljne upute za izradu programerskog rješenja zajedno s opisom svih korištenih tehnologija. U sklopu rada nalazi se i demonstracija rješenja popraćena analizom dobivenih performansi, uz navedene sve negativne komponente očnog upravljanja. Sukladno trenutačno dostupnoj tehnologiji, u radu su ponuđene i potencijalne ideje za daljnji napredak projekta.

Abstract (english)

With the development of technology in the modern age, there is finally a possibility of complete integration of people with disabilities in everyday activities. The aim of this paper is the construction and analysis of an electromotor wheelchair controlled by eye movement. The paper contains a historical overview of eye control and the analysis of the same. It also contains detailed instructions of the programming solution and the description of all the technologies used. Furthermore, the paper contains a demonstration of the solution provided and all the negative sides of using eye control. In regards to currently available technology, the paper also deals with ideas on how to improve the project in the future.
